What a busy day! We had two playmats set up, a swing, a bouncy thing, and all sorts of other stuff. It was like the Baby Olympics in our living room! Logahn is now almost the size of Lilly and I put together... 18 pounds! Holy Cow! But that weight was put to good use on the bouncy thing. He was heavy enough to touch the ground and bounce, bounce, bounce all day long. He had a great time. It was fun to watch him. I tried to pay attention to what he was doing so I'll know how to do it when I'm big enough. Lilly had a great time on the playmat. She figured out how to grab the toy and put it in her mouth. Mommy better clean that though because otherwise I'll get girl cooties. I'm not quite sure what "cooties" are yet, but word on the stroller scene indicates it's something I don't want. I had a lot of fun playing with my girlfriend, Heather. She's Logahn's mom and I love her. She makes me smile a lot and even giggle! I love playdates!

Playdate
My friends, Logahn & Lilly came over yesterday!

new friends AND a plane ride?!?! Holy cow!
This weekend mommy took me to visit her friend in Sandy Eggo. We had to take a giant flying bus to get there! I was a little caught off guard on the way there and gave a couple yelps... I wanted to see if everyone else agreed that the feeling of turbulance was normal. But I was a pro on the way back. I just nuzzled into mommy and went to sleep. No problems. I'm a jet setter now!
The best part of the trip was making new friends! I got to play all weekend long with a little boy named Ryan
And his big brother Jake!
We all got along great! Ryan is the nicest guy and we liked eachother very much. We weren't even afraid to hold hands to show it
I loved playing with all the new toys. They were great hosts. They let me use 70 of their diapers and wipes, sleep in a nice crib, snuggle in some blankets... even try their food! What more could a guy want? It was an AWESOME time and I can't wait to see them again. My new friends made me soooo happy!
Time for a long nap! All that playing and travelling wore me out!

Airplane tomorrow!!!
I'm going on an airplane tomorrow! Mommy is taking me to visit her friend Erin and I get to play with her little boys Jake & Ryan. I'm so EXCITED!!!. I LOVE making new friends... especially when I get to play with their toys! And they have CHICKENS!!! Oh my GOSH! I can't wait to see them.
I'm a little nervous about the whole flying thing mommy keeps talking about... doesn't make much sense to me. But she says it's only an hour so I should make it just fine. I'll let you know how it went when I get back. Wish me luck!

why does she do this to me?!
Yesterday mommy and I went out and bought a weird, blue, seat thing for me that the doctor recommended to help me sit up. She also got me some sunglasses so my "eyes don't light on fire in the Arizona sun".

4 month old dr. visit
Whoever thought the best way to start my dr. appointment was with a rectal temperature should be fired. She didn't even introduce herself first! She violated me, I screamed, but no one came to my rescue! Not even mommy!
So that experience set the tone for my mood during the whole appointment. I tried to tell everyone what that lady did but no one seemed to think anything of it. I thought maybe they couldn't hear me so I tried to tell them louder. Still nothing. That pissed me off so I decided to scream it at the top of my lungs over and over and over.
Wait, it gets worse! Everyone knows I hate tummy time with a passion. I even hate the phrase "tummy time". And what does the doctor do? He puts me on my tummy. I had just gotten over the previous violation of my bum and now this?! I made sure everyone in that entire place knew I was not satisfied with this awful customer service. Mommy called it "throwing a fit". But she fixed me a drink and that calmed me down.
The icing on the cake was when that evil lady came back in the room with needles!
She squirted stuff in my mouth and then shoved these giant swords in each of my legs! I would've screamed and screamed again about the poor customer service but then they gave me two Garfield band-aids to make up for it so I let it go.I'm up to 11 lbs 12 oz, 23.75 inches tall. Doctor wants me to put on some weight so mommy is gonna give me more oatmeal each day and try to squeeze in another bottle... if I'll let her ;-)

the spin cycle, mr. shaggy boombastic, and a chat with mommy
My mommy is CRAZY! Here I am, minding my own business, just playing with my toys... and she starts making me roll over! Back and forth and back and forth and back and forth! I tried to tell her I was NOT having a good time, especially when the roll over part put me on my belly, but she wouldn't listen! If she thinks a sing song-y voice will make me like tummy time, she's gonna be really disappointed! Maybe she'll stop spinning me back and forth like the washing machine if I just do it myself
Other than the trauma of being rolled back and forth, I'm having another fun filled day of playtime on my special ocean mat with all sorts of toys! I got some exercise flailing about with excitement as I realized there was a new toy hanging in front of me! It's AWESOME! As I started to wind down, my dog Shaggy must've decided I looked like I knew the best way to lay down so he tried to copy me. Then we played "kick the dog in the head while he tries to eat my toes". So much fun!
Mommy and I had a little conversation before I fell asleep. She recorded it but I begged her not to post it up anywhere. I watched a show called Law and Order. I know words come back to haunt people! She offered to smudge out my face so I could be "anonymous" but I know that doesn't work. I couldn't sleep one night so I turned on the TV and watched a show called "COPS". Even with smudged out faces they get caught. I'm no fool!
Whew! It was such a busy day! Next time I hope Mommy remembers to pull out the camera earlier... if I'd have known she was gonna show me off today I would've saved all my best moves for the camera! Silly absent minded Mommy!

Oatmeal!?
My mommy started feeding me oatmeal!
She said she's trying to fatten me up. I haven't told her yet but I think she needs to feed some oatmeal to daddy cause he needs to fatten up too. Just a couple of bites per day at dinner time. I like to smile at mommy and spit it out. She thinks it's funny and I like to hear her laugh. I'm secretly practicing my own laugh so I can surprise her with it sometime soon.
Uh oh! I think I pooped! Gotta go for now!
